Servers

  • IMAP over SSL: tools.cernio.com
    Port 993
  • POP3 over SSL: tools.cernio.com
    Port 995
  • SMTP-AUTH over TLS: tools.cernio.com
    Port 25 is most common
    Port 465 is required in Microsoft clients such as Outlook
    Port 587 should work if your ISP has blocked port 25

 

SSL Certificates

Cernio's SSL certificate issuer is Comodo Security Services. If you get an error message (particularly in Windows) about the certificate issuer, you can resolve the error message by downloading the file ComodoSecurityServicesCA.crt

and double-clicking on it once you've downloaded it.

 

Account Tools

    Cernio customers may use this tool to change their passwords, activate e-mail forwarding, retrieve mail from another account, change spam filter settings, and so on.
